The accommodation was beautiful located not far from the ocean and "beach ", a rocky strip, Zadar Old Town, and restaurant, that's what I was expecting. Affable and beautiful staff, I loved their attitude. Included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets, all very handy...

We had a such great stay in Zadar just off "beach ", a rocky strip, a beautiful Marina and restaurant and the airport. It was marvellous near to everything you would need

The room was spacious and had an amazing view, located in a beautiful area within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, in Croatia.

big size apartment with location easy to take a bus to town or a walk by the seaside. spectacular setting not far from "beach " and restaurant and zadar. beautiful staff, and the best host ever. there's views over the bay on zadar.

The comfortable rooms with a stunning view made my stay enjoyable, everything was great, and I highly recommend this place.

The room was perfect - clean towels, comfy beds, and a brand new AC to keep us cool. Plus, the view from the balcony was insane, right on the beach! We loved chilling on the free sunbeds and the owners were super friendly and helpful. And the best part? Zadar is awesome for cycling and canoeing, so we had non-stop adventure!

One small thing though, we wished there were more party spots nearby. It would've been even more lit if there was a happening club or bar just a short walk from Villa Punta.

The host was amazing, always smiling and helpful. The apartment had a beautiful view, close to the beach and great restaurants. We found everything we needed.

I always choose this place. The friendly staff helped me find great dining spots on my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen utensils, AC, flat-screen TV, express check-in. Coming back for New Year!

The location of the villa was perfect, with a popular pebbly beach just across the road. the crystal clear warm water was a major highlight. the secure parking on premises was a great convenience, ensuring that we had a hassle-free stay. - We enjoyed the small terrace, which offered a nice place to relax and take in the surroundings. - the villa provided good amenities such as wifi and TV with a good international selection.

The disturbance caused by car noises until the early morning hours, which affected our sleep quality. The mattress in the ground floor unit was in need of replacement, as it was not comfortable to sleep on.

Breathtaking sea views, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with a huge balcony. Friendly and helpful owner and her son. Hang clothes on the line from the balcony. Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurant area. Quiet and peaceful ambiance, GREAT for studying. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Superb hospitality, would not hesitate to book again.

During my recent stay at Villa Punta, I was delighted to discover that the room was beyond perfect. The cleanliness of the towels and bed linen, paired with the refreshing scent, made me feel instantly at ease. The added amenities like the brand new air conditioner, fridge with a freezer, and TV added to the comfort of my stay. Being able to wake up to the sound of the ocean just outside my window was a dream come true. The lovely sea views from every room and balcony took my breath away at all times of the day. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to cook for myself daily, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The proximity to a pleasant beach right at my fingertips was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Punta for its ideal location, peaceful ambiance, and really good hospitality.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect - just across a small street from the sea, and I could easily walk along the beach to reach the city center of this beautiful city. The hotel facilities were great, with avery comfy and tidy apartment that had everything I needed. The staff were kind and helpful, even arranging a reliable taxi for my early morning departure. Plus, the views from the balcony were amazing!

The location of this beach apartment was absolutely amazing! The view was jaw-dropping, with the sea, mountains, and the beautiful sunset all in sight. The owners were super friendly and always available to help with any enquiry or request. The nearby beach bar was a great addition, serving delicious food and drinks. The apartment itself was beautiful, with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. We also loved the easy access to public transportation to the Old Town. Highly recommended for a fantastic holiday experience!
